Peak season:
Magaluf is renowned for its party atmosphere and gets crowds of young tourists every year, especially throughout the Summer. June to August are the busiest months and you’ll struggle to find cheap flights to Magaluf without booking in advance. The weather is very warm and the prices are fair. If you’re after a good party then Magaluf between July and September is when you should visit, just be sure you secure your flight tickets in advance.
Off season:
A lot of the party-goers and other tourists tend to leave by October so you’ll be able to find cheap flights to Magaluf from around October to April. Spring and Autumn provide lovely weather and much fewer tourists however you might notice some attractions aren’t available outside of the peak months of the year. The Winter brings a chill, especially at night however you can find the cheapest flights to Magaluf and beaches will be almost empty.

If weather is an important factor for your trip to Magaluf, use this chart to help with planning. For those seeking warmer temperatures, August is the ideal time of year to visit, when temperatures reach an average of 26.0 C. Travellers hoping to avoid the cold should look outside of January, when temperatures are typically at their lowest (around 12.0 C).
To really experience the party scene it is best to secure your flight tickets for mid-summer time. Families or people who just want to escape to the sun will probably find Spring or Autumn more enticing due to the lack of rowdy adults. Winter generally provides the cheapest flights to Magaluf, however, the weather can get chilly and some hotels and attractions, such as the Aquapark, might not be open. If you can be flexible with your travel dates then you’re much more likely to secure a good deal on flight tickets. Booking in advance will help you find cheap flights to Magaluf too, just be sure to watch out for checked-in baggage costs.

The journey was good on the whole. We had bikes with us so the dedicated oversize luggage lane at PMI was welcome. The flight was great, staff friendly as always. The only thing that lets down the return flight is the immigration at BHX. The separate area used by Jet2 is far too slow, I think we queued there for over an hour compared to generally going straight through or a 5 minute wait with other operators in the main facility at BHX. I know you will say that it's the responsibility of the airport, Home Office etc, but you really need to apply pressure to get this sorted out.
